Brochure websites for local service businesses: contractors, cleaners, landscapers, salons, groomers, repair shops, and similar small teams. No online stores, no payment systems, just a clean site that explains your business.

A first website for a business that only has a social page or a listing.

How it works (all by email)

No phone tag. Everything stays in writing, so you always have a record of what we agreed.

  1. Send a message. Use the form below. I reply by email within 1 business day.
  2. Get a written quote. I send a short proposal with scope, price, and timeline.
  3. Share your content. A simple checklist covers your logo, services, hours, service area, and photos.
  4. Review and launch. You review the draft, request changes (2 rounds included), and approve before it goes live.

Pricing

Starter

1 to 3 pages

$500–$800

Founding rate $500 for my first 3 clients, in exchange for an honest testimonial.

Standard

Up to 5 pages

$1,000–$1,500

For businesses that need separate pages for several services or areas.

Prices are estimates; your final quote is in writing. Kentucky sales tax is added where it applies. Payment is 50% to start and 50% before launch.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to talk on the phone?

No. The whole process works by email so everything is in writing. If you prefer, a short video call can be arranged.

How long does a site take?

It depends mostly on how quickly content (text, photos, logo) is ready. Your written proposal includes an estimated timeline.

Do I need a domain name already?

No. If you have one, we can use it. If not, I can explain how to buy one in your own name so you always own it.

Will a website get me more customers?

I can't promise any particular result. What I can do is build a clear, fast, accessible site that makes it easy for people to understand your business and contact you.

What don't you build?

Online stores or payment systems, and health, medical, legal, or financial sites. For those, I'll suggest a better fit.

Can I make changes after launch?

Yes. Small updates after launch can be quoted by email.
